With mindfulness, we become increasingly free from conditioned thoughts, liberated from reactive feelings, and disinclined to disassociate from the ‘now’. Mindfulness helps us open the doorway to our most self-full, soulful, and most fulfilling lives.
Nothing is free? Mindfulness is. And furthermore, mindfulness is something no one can take away from us.
Mindfulness is key to thriving more and struggling less. And this key is what I wish for each one of you.
